GYNAECOLOGICAL SERVICES
Includes vaginal ultrasound, pap-test (smear or liquid phase), HPV detection and typing, colposcopy and cervical biopsy, puncture of ovarian cysts, with fluid aspiration and cytological examination, as well as general gynaecology surgery.
LAPAROSCOPY
Gynaecological surgery is performed with the entry of laparoscopic tools and camera from 3-4 points in the abdomen.
HYSTEROSCOPY
Involves entry of a small endoscope from the cervix for the examination of the uterine cavity and the removal of utrine adhesions, polyps, and fibroids.
OBSTETRIC FOLLOW-UP-and DELIVERY
Involves classical obstetric counseling and follow-up, prevention of premature delivery, cervical cerklage, and fetal health monitoring (biophysical profile).
FETAL MEDICINE
Estimation of probability of fetal chromosomal abnormalities (Nuchal translucency test, PAPP-A).
Chromosomal analysis of the fetus and molecular karyotyping with array-CGH after trophoblastic tissue biopsy (CVS) or amniocentesis. This is followed by genetic counseling.
Doppler studies of fetal-maternal circulation
